What it is

A small, refined collection of offices and meeting rooms within our St-Prex maison — designed for the founder who wants a Swiss workplace without the cost or commitment of a permanent lease. Each room is equipped with high-speed Internet, screens, video-conferencing, secured printing, and locally roasted coffee. Reception handles arrivals; we host the meetings whose details cannot leave the building.

What is included

Three room categories, available by the hour, the half-day, or the day.

• Single-desk private offices, locked between bookings
• Boardroom for up to 8 with screen and conference system
• Lake-view meeting room for client visits and small ceremonies
• Reception of guests, beverages, and printing
• Wired Internet plus secured Wi-Fi network
• Hourly, daily, or seasonal pricing — billed monthly with the rest

How booking works

Bookings are made through your dedicated advisor by email or telephone. Premium clients have priority access. Same-day bookings are handled within the hour, subject to availability. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at half rate.
